Delete your VOLIMEH account
You can delete your account in VOLIMEH or request deletion by email. You do not need access to the app to send an email request.
Delete your account in the app
- Open VOLIMEH and sign in.
- Open Settings and choose “Delete account”.
- Confirm deletion in the dialog.
Request deletion by email
Request deletion of your VOLIMEH account and associated personal data. Include your account email address. Do not send your password.
Email requests are handled manually and do not automatically delete the account. No fixed processing time is currently documented.
Which data is deleted?
Your sign-in account and profile, associated matches and messages, photo records, verification, device and push notification data, and usage, subscription, report, block list and feedback data in VOLIMEH are removed.
Files in your personal Supabase storage folders are also deleted: profile photos, older photo uploads, selfies and recordings for photo and identity checks, including subfolders from previous verification attempts.
Success is confirmed only after the required steps have finished. If an error occurs, some data may already have been deleted and cannot be restored. Confirm deletion again or contact us by email.
Retention and remaining data
Confirmed in-app deletion starts immediately. There is no additional 30-day waiting period.
Deletion from active VOLIMEH databases and storage folders does not automatically remove backups or data held by external payment and other service providers. Under the Privacy Policy, technical remnants and data needed for legal obligations or payment and security matters may remain, including separate moderation logs. No fixed retention or backup period in days is currently documented.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions do not renew automatically. After expiry they must be redeemed or activated again. Account deletion ends access even before a paid term expires and does not trigger an automatic refund. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected; requests about Google Play purchases may be made through Google Play or info@volimeh.com.
