Child Safety Standards

VOLIMEH is a dating platform exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is prohibited.

Zero tolerance

VOLIMEH has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in particular.

Such content and activities are illegal and strictly prohibited on this platform.

Prohibited

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
  • Sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of minors
  • Grooming or soliciting sexual contact with minors
  • Content that sexualizes minors or depicts them as such
  • Requests to create, share, or store such content
  • Circumventing the minimum age or accounts for people under 18

Minimum age

VOLIMEH is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts if there are indications of false age information.

Report & Block

You can block users or report content — in chat via the menu or in settings. Our moderation team reviews reports and may inspect chats to understand context.

Reports of child sexual abuse or exploitation are reviewed as a priority.

Users can report child safety concerns in the app — in chat via the menu or in settings.

Consequences

Once we become aware of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), we remove it. The following measures may also be taken:

  • Temporary suspension of chat or account
  • Permanent ban for severe or repeated violations
  • Reporting to authorities for illegal content (where legally required)

Handling of child safety reports

When reports concern possible child sexual abuse or exploitation, VOLIMEH generally follows the process below.

1. Receive the report

Reports can be submitted through the existing in-app reporting functions — in chat via the menu or in settings — or by email to info@volimeh.app.

2. Review the report

VOLIMEH reviews the reported content, profiles, and available relevant information within the Privacy Policy and applicable legal powers.

3. Take protective measures

Where there are reasonable grounds for concern, content may be removed and chat or accounts may be restricted, suspended, or deleted using the existing measures.

4. Preserve relevant information

Where legally permitted or required, relevant information may be retained for review and to meet legal obligations.

5. Report to competent authorities

Where a corresponding legal obligation exists, VOLIMEH reports relevant cases or content to the competent regional or national authorities and cooperates with them to the extent required by law.
